We deliver throughout Dublin & Nationwide. Click here for times & areas.
2. How much does it cost?
We have plans to suit nearly every budget starting from as low as €65.00. Click here to see our menu.
3. Can I collect my order?
DELIVERY ONLY
4. What is the cut off point for ordering?
We have different cut off points during the week:
DUBLIN Saturday Delivery - Order by 1pm Friday
DUBLIN Monday Evening Delivery(starting 13th May) - Order by 10pm Sunday
NATIONWIDE Wednesday Delivery - Order by 11am Tuesday
NATIONWIDE Thursday Delivery - Order by 11am Wednesday.

5. What time will my meals arrive at?
All estimated delivery times are in delivery info section.
6. What if I'm not home at the time of the delivery?
You must be home or have someone available to collected the package at the delivery times listed. This is to protect the integrity of the product inside. There is a note section for a further instruction to the driver if you have popped to shops (but this is only for dublin delivery).
7. Will you call on delivery?
Drivers will call en route where possible. Drivers contact details are in delivery section if you need to alert of a new drop point or change in circumstances.
8. What if I have a damaged meal or a wrong item selection?
All missed meals or damaged items will be re-sent at the next delivery date. Email the issue to info@paleoireland.ie and it will be replied/addressed daily at before end of day.
9. Do I get all my meals at once?
If you purchase a monthly plan lunches & dinners, you will receive a week supply and codes to make your alternative orders as our menu may change. Dinner only plans are delivered to 2 orders, one on purchasing and a code supplied for you to place the next 2 weeks. Paleo, Keto & Ala Carte PLANS are all delivered frozen. Code are sent out to customers via email. This allows you to alter your selection/delivery day/delivery address if required.
10.Are all of your meals gluten free?
Yes. None of our meals contain gluten, MSG or added sugar. We produce in a kitchen which handles gluten products on separate days.
11. How do I store and heat my meals?
All storage and heating instructions is on product labels. All ingredients and macros are also on back labels.
12. Are my payment details safe?
Yes, we only use stripe the best payment gateway for online payments.
13. Do you have a macro tracker?
All Nutritional information can be view on each individual product.
